Supervisor, Learning & Development Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our India Global Business Services Office as a key member of the Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building engaging learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale while working with L&D teams and stakeholders. They will design and develop high-quality learning assets, animations, communication, or marketing assets, and videos that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop multimedia content for learning & development programs using various tools and technologies based on course and design requirements.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, including videos, using best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
  • Create motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations.
  • Design and develop interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, in collaboration with designers.
  • Create responsive creative assets that perform well on various devices and network speeds.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field.
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
