Strategic Brand Communications Director

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our brand and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in marketing communications and integrated marketing execution, particularly in consumer-focused industries.
- Interacting with advertising/media agencies, providing the brief, evaluating & implementing the 360-degree creative, planning and media strategy.
- Developing and executing brand communication strategies for the brand.
- Managing all brand activities to ensure alignment with brand strategy and corporate guidelines.
- Owning end-to-end brand communication, including campaigns, influencer marketing, content, and storytelling.
- Enhancing the brand presence through various ATL, BTL & trade promotion activities.
Designing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business objectives. Ideating creative routes for newly launched products/services and conceptualizing end-to-end execution. Analyzing the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns through metrics such as ROI, engagement, and brand health.
Overseeing corporate identity, electronic communications, internal communications, corporate events program, publications, and other marketing materials. Developing and implementing internal and external communications programs, including vendor negotiations for cost-effectiveness.
