The role of Senior Instructional Design Specialist is a key position within our team responsible for crafting engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences.

This involves designing, developing and implementing high-quality learning artifacts and services/products. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of instructional systems design principles and methodologies, experience with learning authoring tools and LMS/LXPs, as well as the ability to create effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging macro and micro learning programs incorporating game-based learning, gamification and immersive technologies
  • Optimize learner experience through human-centric design
  • Develop original, accurate content for macro and micro learning
  • Culturally sensitive and inclusive design ensuring content is culturally aware and accessible
  • Digital learning development and deployment managing LMS content integration and multimedia embedding
  • Implement QA processes testing functionality, usability and accessibility

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in ISD, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences or related field with expertise in ISD methodologies, AR/VR and game-based learning
  • 12+ years of experience leading e-learning solution development applying ISD models and innovative technologies
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, human-centric design, CRM and emerging tech
  • Proven leadership in managing product teams, engaging customers and delivering inclusive global learning experiences
