We are a leading Life Sciences Consulting and Digital Transformation company, partnering with Fortune 500 companies globally. With an offshore center in Coimbatore and rapid expansion plans in India, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI product development strategy.

Job Summary
The Head of Product Development will be responsible for defining, designing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered products, driving innovation and execution through a team of AI researchers and engineers.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Gen AI product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and execution
- Identify opportunities to enhance products with state-of-the-art AI techniques, staying at the forefront of Generative AI advancements
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Guide the implementation of ML models, algorithms, and frameworks to optimize performance and efficiency
- Analyze market feedback, user needs, and ensure AI solutions align with customer expectations and business objectives
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical AI practices, data privacy laws, and regulatory compliance in all AI-driven solutions
- Effectively manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project deadlines and company goals

Qualifications
- Master's in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML, and 3+ years leading AI-driven product teams
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies such as LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, GANs, Transformers, and multimodal AI
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and cloud AI services
- Proven ability to scale AI solutions from concept to production in real-world applications
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of AI monetization strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup or enterprise environment
