About the Role
The Head of Product Development will oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of cutting-edge AI products. This includes defining the Gen AI product roadmap, leading design and deployment, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities, and mentoring a team of AI researchers and engineers.

Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Gen AI product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and execution
- Stay at the forefront of Generative AI advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance products with state-of-the-art AI techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Guide the implementation of ML models, algorithms, and frameworks to optimize performance and efficiency
- Gather market feedback, analyze user needs, and ensure AI solutions align with customer expectations and business objectives
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical AI practices, data privacy laws, and regulatory compliance in all AI-driven solutions
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project deadlines and company goals

Qualifications
- Master's in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML, and 3+ years leading AI-driven product teams
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies such as LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, GANs, Transformers, and multimodal AI
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and cloud AI services
- Proven ability to scale AI solutions from concept to production in real-world applications
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of AI monetization strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup or enterprise environment

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including model monitoring and continuous improvement
- Exposure to ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI principles
- Strong understanding of UI/UX considerations in AI-driven products
- Prior experience in product development
