Job Title: Technology Leader - Project Coordination

Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project plans from conception to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.
  • Collaborate with product managers to create comprehensive schedules for engineering design, software development, procurement, and manufacturing tasks for each project.
  • Manage schedule and task details using project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.
  • Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives for the project.
  • Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our customers derive maximum value from the processes and tools we develop.
  • Clearly define and agree to objectives across the business unit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology programs with an emphasis on product development, preferably in semiconductor equipment.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
  • Able to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics to measure the value created by the programs you lead.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders.
