Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth, encompassing long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Offer expert financial analysis and decision support for various business units, including financial statement analysis, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure evaluations.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in our product offering, and potential threats to the business.

Requirements:

  • MBA/CA in business, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and business acumen.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
