Identity and Access Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM strategies, technologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies that align with business objectives and security requirements.
  • Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in identity and access controls.
  • Oversee the deployment and administration of IAM solutions, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM) systems.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
  • Ensure secure integration of IAM solutions with cloud platforms, on-premises systems, and third-party applications.
  • Monitor and manage privileged access, enforcing least privilege principles and segregation of duties.
  • Implement and maintain security controls for identity protection, including threat detection, incident response, and remediation.
  • Provide training and awareness programs on IAM best practices to stakeholders.
