Life Skills Program Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on delivering experience-based learning programs that equip students with essential life skills.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who will oversee the successful implementation of our programs at schools across India, working closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality life skills programs in collaboration with the content team.
  • Maintain timely and effective program implementation, ensuring successful outcomes through proactive decision-making and action-taking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads to facilitate networking and business development activities.
  • Deliver engaging life skills programs to students and conduct training sessions for teachers as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  3. Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  4. Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  5. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  6. Must be located in a commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India.

Desirable Skills: Experience in life skills education, knowledge of the Indian education system, bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
