Job Overview:

We're seeking experienced Life and Wellness Coaches to collaborate with our members in a safe, empowering space that facilitates self-discovery and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching sessions to clients via video or phone calls.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our provider support team and other teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Committed to quality care and eager to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness.
