About the Role

Suraasa seeks a highly skilled Communication Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our graphic design team to develop visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and identity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, creative problem-solving, and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website layouts.
  • Create educational content including presentations, infographics, and video storyboards.
  • Maintain and develop Suraasa's brand identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with our content team to ensure all designs align with our messaging and goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
