We're seeking a talented and experienced video editor to lead the creation of engaging video content that captures the essence of adventure and community, significantly enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative and highly skilled video editor to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality video content that resonates with our audience.

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts and promotional materials that showcase our brand's unique perspective and personality.
  • Apply creative editing techniques including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling and captivate viewers.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content that meets the highest standards of quality and engagement.
  • Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects, to ensure seamless workflow and efficient collaboration.
  • Stay current with digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms to continuously improve content strategy and delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of content creators (freelancers or full-time) across multiple destinations in India to ensure successful project execution and team productivity.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects, AI tools, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content that resonates with our audience.
  • Understanding of video optimization strategies for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • A love for travel and adventure is a plus
