Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs and implementing solutions using the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and implement changes in systems/user account settings.
  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
  • Maintain overall Salesforce system, including data loads, backups, and restores.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals.
  • Assist with data migration from other systems as needed.
  • Implement Salesforce updates and relative releases, researching new functional additions and their use in the ARI instance.
  • Manage the maintenance of the Salesforce platform and associated CRM system(s) to ensure data quality and security.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting, and Analytics to monitor sales activity and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lightning experience preferred.
  • Experience developing applications from origination through deployment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce.com Certification is preferred.
