Content Producer Role

Develop and execute engaging short-form video content showcasing brand personality and style.

About the Job
  • Plan a monthly content calendar supporting product drops and audience engagement on Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaborate with editors and creatives to bring concepts to life across multiple platforms.
  • Produce high-quality video content, including Reels, BTS, product teasers, and vlogs.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and adapt formats, audio, and editing styles to fit the brand's streetwear vibe.
  • Monitor Insights and report learnings to inform future content decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the content calendar: Plan and schedule content in advance, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Produce and shoot video content: Use creativity and technical skills to capture high-quality footage and edit engaging videos.
  • Pre-production coordination: Manage logistics, book talent and locations, and prep outfits and props.
  • Hand-off and reviews: Share rushes with the editor, review drafts, and iterate quickly to meet deadlines.
  • Publishing and basics: Write captions, choose thumbnails, tag products, and post at optimal times.
  • Performance loop: Monitor Insights, report learnings, and pitch experiments to improve performance.
  • Collaboration and culture: Work with other teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments and showcase company culture.
  • Operations ready: Maintain equipment, manage file naming and backup, and keep an organized asset library.
  • Flexibility: Support weekend and evening shoots as needed.
Requirements
  • 13+ years of hands-on content creation and videography experience (fashion/lifestyle a plus).
  • Strong portfolio or self-taught background.
  • Comfortable with mirrorless cameras, lenses, and basic lighting.
  • Experience directing talent and being on camera for creator-style content.
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
  • Understanding of Instagram and YouTube Shorts best practices.
  • Data-curious and able to read Insights to inform content decisions.
  • Owner mindset: organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Clear communicator and team player.
  • Availability for occasional weekends and evenings tied to drops.
Nice to Have
  • After Effects or motion graphics basics.
  • Color grading and Lightroom experience.
  • Creator/UGC collaboration or street interview experience.
  • Knowledge of Indian streetwear scene and culture.
