**Production Leadership Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our production planning and control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hazardous chemical processes and DCS systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing efficient production plans, routing, and schedules to optimize resource utilization.
  • Analyzing various reports to identify areas for improvement and preparing root cause analyses for market complaints and manufacturing issues.
  • Leading the implementation of safety procedures and participating in audits and visits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer standards.
  • Implementing Theory of Constraints (TOC) to maintain inventory levels and tracking material yield to drive process improvements.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of safety protocols and be capable of leading their implementation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving our production function forward and contributing to overall business success.
