Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in production, particularly in chemical hazardous and DCS processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control production to ensure cost-effectiveness through improvement action plans.
  • Conduct RCA analysis for market complaints, manufacturing issues, and EHS incidents.
  • Implement safety protocols in production and lead their implementation.
  • Participate in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction audits and visits.
  • Apply the Theory of Constraint (TOC) to optimize inventory levels.
  • Track material yield and initiate improvements.
  • Lead organizational drives such as 5S implementation, QRI, Kaizen, and legal metrological compliances.

Key qualifications include a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering only and experience in hazardous chemical, rubber, and petrochemical industries.
