About this Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a motivated Sustainability Reporting Specialist to support the development of our sustainability reporting product. The specialist will work closely with our product and data teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for ESG compliance.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Framework Analysis: Analyze various ESG frameworks to determine best practices for reporting.
  • Mapping of ESG Standards: Support the mapping of ESG standards including BRSR, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Trends: Assist in tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting.
  • Data & Reporting Support: Work with teams to structure ESG data collection and reporting templates.
  • GHG Emission Accounting: Support development of GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows.
  • Benchmarking Studies: Assist in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
