Lead Product Security Manager

Medtronic seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of security solutions for its cardiac medical devices and infrastructure.

This strategic role will lead cross-functional teams in establishing comprehensive product security strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee team members responsible for identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, ensuring timely incident response.
  • Establish and maintain industry-standard security practices and frameworks for product development and deployment.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of product security, cybersecurity, and engineering principles, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in engineering or cybersecurity roles is essential.
