About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with 12+ years of experience in architecting and developing reliability-based solutions, automation, tooling, and/or pipelines in a scripting language (Powershell preferred). In addition, the ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services / Azure / GCP, and 2+ years of experience with containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining pipelines, solutions, and key processes for SRE Operations
  • Driving key company initiatives using data, technology, and skill
  • Participating in high-level architectural discussions
  • Continuously developing team skills and technological proficiency and providing technical subject matter expertise
  • Effectively driving cross-team/department projects to completion
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge management articles
  • Participating in Level 3 On-call support

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 12+ years of experience architecting and developing reliability-based solutions, automation, tooling, and/or pipelines in a scripting language (Powershell preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services / Azure / GCP
  • 2+ years of experience with containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
