Job Title: Project Manager

Overview:

Key to our success is the effective execution of projects, and we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee this process from initiation through completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate Resources: Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage Change: Utilize verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track Performance: Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals by tracking project performance metrics.
  • Communication: Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
