Prime Corporate seeks a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team. We are pioneering the development of intelligent, autonomous AI agents working collaboratively in multi-agent systems. We operate at the intersection of education and artificial intelligence—driven by creativity, data, and relentless innovation. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and optimizing our AI-powered Edtech platforms and multi-agent system interfaces. You will work across the technology stack—from backend logic and APIs to intuitive, high-performance frontends—ensuring seamless integration of intelligent agents into our products.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position for a driven engineer who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-led environments and is eager to work on next-generation AI systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
  • Building APIs and backend services to support intelligent agent workflows and Edtech functionalities.
  • Collaborating with AI researchers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Implementing real-time data visualization, reporting dashboards, and interactive interfaces.
  • Integrating third-party services, APIs, and AI/ML models into platform features.
  • Optimizing application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Documenting technical designs, architecture decisions, and development processes.
What We Are Looking For

We seek a candidate with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js (or similar frontend frameworks), and Node.js (or similar backend frameworks). A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL) is also required. Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Additionally, basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLM integration, and API-based AI tools is desirable.

Benefits

This role follows a structured pathway toward a full-time opportunity through a two-stage internship:

  • Pre-Qualification Stage: 2 months, ₹5,000/month stipend, assessing technical foundation and cultural fit.
  • Internship: 4 months, ₹5,000–₹15,000/month stipend based on performance, leading to a full-time Full Stack Engineer position with competitive pay and equity options.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment. No formal degree is required—skills, projects, and passion matter most.
