Job Description:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues by analyzing data, communicating with customers and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and chat to ensure timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, and communicate resolutions to customers in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve order-related issues effectively.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency by analyzing data and implementing changes.
  • Enter orders from Customer Order Form accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Order Management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
