Job Title : Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a visionary data scientist to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning systems.

As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of experienced data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our machine learning solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of machine learning systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and deploying scalable machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Guiding and mentoring a team of data scientists.
  • Implementing model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
  • Working with large-scale data pipelines, distributed computing, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Cross-functional collaboration with data engineers, product teams, and software developers.
  • Researching and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Ensuring machine learning models are efficient and optimized for deployment in production.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong background in supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
  • Experience with big data (Hadoop, Snowflake), cloud ML tools (SageMaker, Vertex), MLOps & CI/CD, APIs & deployment.
