Human Resources Leadership Role

This senior-level HR position is responsible for driving talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end ownership of hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing deals.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement onboarding, recognition, and retention programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • People Analytics: Use data-driven insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs), attrition rates, and workforce planning metrics.
  • Performance Management: Partner with managers to develop performance management frameworks, goal-setting, and career-pathing initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Drive strategic learning and development initiatives, succession planning, and compensation administration.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of hiring technical roles and business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
