Lead Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end mobile testing efforts, focusing on Android devices to guarantee seamless user experiences and functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of features. Track and report on test progress, providing insights for quality improvements.
You will work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements- 6-11 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test execution, process improvement, and quality tracking.
- Familiarity with Android device testing and manual testing techniques.
- Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis and the ability to create clear, actionable RCA reports that lead to process and product improvements.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous quality improvement Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
