About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Risk Analyst.

  • As a Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could affect our financial performance and reputation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing risk-based approaches to identify potential risks and opportunities;
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify discrepancies and anomalies;
  • Designing and executing testing methodologies to validate data accuracy and completeness;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and reporting requirements;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2-3 years of experience in regulatory reporting, audit, compliance, or risk management;
  • Demonstrated experience in transaction testing, data validation, and analysis;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
