SAP Test Management experience is required for this role. Key responsibilities include:

Test Management

Operational services include:

  • Managing test activities for all phases of a project or release
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and providing guidance to project management
  • Ensuring test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool
  • Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
  • Management of testers to create and deliver test cases
  • Tracking test progress for preparation and execution

The following additional tasks are also required:

  • Test Management Support to other test managers
  • Strategic Testing Concept, including SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud ALM, and Change Impact analysis

Deliverables:

  • Test Strategy
  • Enablement package for each test phase
  • Regional Knowledge Transfer session
  • Test Plan
  • Test and defect reporting
  • Test tool training for stakeholders

This role requires strong technical skills, including:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle
  • Tool Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, Worksoft Certify, PowerBI, and SAP BTP

In addition, this role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, including:

  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Status Reporting
  • Escalation and Decision-Making
