Senior Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex SAP FICO projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, resulting in significant cost savings and increased efficiency.
  • Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills.
  • Analyze business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Prioritize tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP product developments to provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Senior Consultant, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, including G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, Closing, and Reporting.
  • Experience with Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing, CO-Profitability Analysis, and CO-Profit center Accounting.
  • Strong functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), Profitability Analysis (PA), and New GL.
  • Familiarity with Financial Month-end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit, Task template, Task list, and Intercompany reconciliation process.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4HANA (1709/1809/1909) implementation or conversion project experience with Simple Finance/Central Finance exposure preferred.
