**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic professional to oversee the planning, scheduling, and conduct of all academic assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the assessment process.
  • Supervise result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
  • Develop and update assessment policies, guidelines, and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams for seamless assessment management.
  • Implement digital tools and technologies to modernize the assessment system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms regarding assessments.
  • Address student grievances related to assessments and results in a transparent and time-bound manner.
  • Lead and mentor the assessment team for operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with strong academic credentials (PhD desirable).
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in assessment management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities.
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for assessment management.
