Job Title:

Trainee Engineer

 

  • A trainee engineer is responsible for assisting in building data pipelines and automation scripts, supporting the implementation of analytical algorithms under guidance, and contributing to documentation and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build data pipelines and automation scripts using Python programming language
  2. Support the implementation of analytical algorithms under guidance from experienced engineers
  3. Develop and test API endpoints for efficient data exchange
  4. Work with databases for data extraction and basic queries to enhance data analysis capabilities
  5. Contribute to documentation and testing processes to ensure quality and accuracy
  6. Learn and apply LLM integration techniques to leverage machine learning capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduate or 0-1 year experience in software development with a strong foundation in Python programming
  • Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms to optimize code efficiency
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts to ensure data integrity
  • Knowledge of Git version control to manage code revisions effectively
  • Understanding of REST API concepts to develop scalable APIs

Technical Environment:
  • Languages: Python, SQL
  • Cloud: AWS OR Google Cloud Platform
  • Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, Neo4j, BigQuery
  • Tools: Git, Docker, PowerBI

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field to demonstrate theoretical knowledge
