Job Title:

Software Architect - Data Pipelines Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect - Data Pipelines Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform, developing REST APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract insights from large datasets
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Design: Create efficient data pipelines to process and analyze large datasets
  • API Development: Develop and maintain REST APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate data analytics into business processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and data engineering
  • Strong understanding of data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Experience with API development and cloud-based platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL and database design principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning concepts and time series analysis
  • Familiarity with graph databases and LLM integration

Technical Environment:

  • Languages: Python, SQL
  • Cloud: Google Cloud Platform
  • Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, Neo4j, BigQuery
