Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview

As a detail-oriented and passionate QA Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the CTO, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless learning experience for students. This involves developing test plans, executing test cases, and collaborating with teams to resolve defects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of software features.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to guarantee software reliability.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and implement timely fixes.
  • Create detailed test documentation to improve QA workflows and enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct manual testing and develop automated test suites to accelerate release cycles.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility to meet user expectations.
  • Track and report bugs using bug tracking systems; manage testing cycles with efficient tools.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices to optimize software delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
