About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Accounting Leader to drive financial growth and success.

As an expert in accounting, you will oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. You will also ensure accurate timely monthly quarterly and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Monitor internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain systems for handling financial data and processes.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, service, or retail industry.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferably a candidate with business acumen.
