Job Title: Senior Java Developer Lead

About the Role:

VVDN Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer Lead to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Identify and address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving development processes and tools.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Java development, including a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience in Springboot and Microservices architecture.
  • Previous experience in a lead or senior development role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in utilizing Enterprise Microservices Arch and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Experience in Databases MySQL, Oracle, and Mongo DB.
  • Experience in cloud technologies AWS is good to have.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
