Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished professional with expertise in minimalist, elegant, and high-end design.

This role will play a pivotal part in leading the creative direction of a globally recognized brand.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a refined eye for design and be able to create work that speaks to a global audience while staying true to sophisticated and understated brand values.

  • Design visually appealing assets for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring they grow while maintaining the highest standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalist, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
  • Commitment to sustainable and responsible design practices.
