Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and original artwork that bring our brand stories to life.

To achieve this, you will require strong design skills, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Procreate. Additionally, you should have experience with video editing software, including the ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content.

You will work closely with our team to develop innovative design solutions that meet our business needs and align with our brand aesthetic.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing stunning posts, including layouts, fonts, and edits;
  • Image editing and retouching;
  • Shoot and edit videos and reels;
  • Creating original graphic art and illustrations;
  • Developing packaging design concepts;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and experience. You should also be proficient in using AI tools and be able to incorporate them into your work as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong design skills, with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Procreate;
  • Excellent video editing skills, including the ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content;
  • Experience in image editing and retouching;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and project management skills;
  • Proficient in using AI tools and able to incorporate them into your work as needed;
