**Service Delivery Specialist Role
Job DescriptionAs a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints from initial acknowledgement to closure. This involves reviewing pending complaints daily and escalating them to the Support Desk Head (SDH) if necessary.
You will also be responsible for rendering Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) as per schedule and achieving adherence targets. Additionally, you will arrange for defective materials to be returned, raise warranty claims when applicable, and submit offers for non-AMC spare parts in accordance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints from initial acknowledgement to closure.
- Review pending complaints daily and escalate to SDH if necessary.
- Rendition of PMS as per schedule and achievement of adherence targets.
- Arrangement for defective materials return.
- Raising warranty claims when applicable.
- Submission of offers for non-AMC spare parts.
**Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong understanding of service delivery principles and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You should have a diploma or higher in a relevant field, such as BE or B.Tech, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
