**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Partnership Manager to join our team at the Boston Institute of Analytics. As a key member of our franchise development department, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our EdTech brand through strategic partnership management.

About the Role:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading engagement and conversion, franchise sales and agreement finalization, training and onboarding, franchise operations and development, and relationship management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage and Convert Leads: Engage with qualified leads provided by the marketing team through phone calls, emails, and video meetings. Present the franchise opportunity professionally, showcasing the brand's strengths, support systems, and value proposition.
  2. Sales and Agreement Finalization: Guide prospects through the entire franchise sales cycle, from initial engagement to signing the franchise agreement. Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation, contracts, and business information to prospects.
  3. Onboard and Train Franchisees: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard new franchisees, covering business operations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Support Franchise Operations: Assist franchisees in setting up their operations, including location selection, infrastructure planning, and initial marketing efforts. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help franchisees achieve their business objectives and maintain operational excellence.
  5. Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners to foster trust and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise recruitment roles, preferably in EdTech or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in managing the sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software for managing leads and tracking progress.
