Job Title: Forward Deployed Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer. This role combines AI integration and no-code implementation, perfect for technically-minded professionals who want to transition from pure development into client-facing work while implementing cutting-edge technology using our proprietary platform.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to drive customer solutions

  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership while maintaining focus on customer outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with one of our founders and Head of Implementation to solve complex problems and build innovative software solutions that drive real results for our customers
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges
  • Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers

Requirements:

  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred)
  • Platform Expertise: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided)
  • Ai Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources
