Environmental Sustainability Manager

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive positive change by designing and executing comprehensive sustainability initiatives that align with global environmental standards.

  • Develop and execute strategic sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact, ensure compliance, and promote business continuity.
  • Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators on environmental performance, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through environmental audits, documentation maintenance, and corrective actions where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Key Qualifications:
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is required. Certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively to diverse audiences.
