Big Data Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Big Data Developer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve working with large datasets, designing and implementing solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, and Kafka.

This is a leadership role in which you will have the opportunity to shape and mentor the next generation of engineers. You will be responsible for guiding junior engineers on coding standards, best practices, debugging, and project execution.

Your expertise will be required to design and implement solutions using object-oriented development principles, particularly with Scala and Java. You will also be responsible for translating complex requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for the team.

You will work closely with other team members to contribute to the development of ETL processes for integrating data from various sources. You will also document technical approaches, best practices, and workflows for knowledge sharing within the team.
