As a Supply Chain Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing timely supply of goods and services to sites by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing smooth supply chain activities for the region.

  • Monitor performance of supply chain through coordination with category team and suppliers for timely supply of good and services to sites.
  • Lead regular governance calls with segments to address recurring issues and provide solutions for smooth execution of operation at the sites.
  • Track and monitor cash & NC purchase (non-Catalogue) for the region and coordinate with stakeholders to regulate the same to contract purchase thereby improving profitability to the business.
  • Oversee the warehousing operation for the region, closely monitoring and reviewing warehouse performance against KPI assigned to the warehouse, guiding warehouse management team on inventory control cost saving initiative and service level improvement.
  • Manage and govern compliance management activity for the region and achieve 100% compliance with close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture vendor relationship in line with business growth and align vendors to comply with right quality at the right price and the right time.
  • Coordinate with category team for timely update of rates and contracts for sites and govern the same.
  • Collaborate with other dimensions to improve supply chain efficiencies.
  • Monitor performance of supply chain through close coordination with category team and suppliers for timely supply of good and services to site.
  • Manage and spearhead regular governance calls with segments to identify recurring issues and timely resolution of the same with close coordination.
  • Supervise and oversee DC operations, put strong governance on planning and replenishment to meet fill rate targets, inventory levels, cycle counting, product quality, space utilization and operating cost control.
  • Lead and spearhead new site mobilization activities with close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Timely vendor invoice submission and addressing in Vendor portal.
  • CMS - Complaint Management System - timely closure of complaints.
  • Timely closure of site requirements at per TAT.
