Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled motion graphics animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic concept development, SaaS-focused motion design, and UI/UX animation.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop concepts that align with user needs and business objectives. This includes creating storyboards, producing polished motion graphics, and developing animations that enhance user understanding of data visualization and complex financial processes.

  • Strategic Concept Development & Storyboarding:
    • Work closely with product marketing, content, product, and sales teams to develop concepts that meet user needs and business objectives.
    • Create compelling visual narratives through storyboards and presentations.
  • SaaS-Focused Motion Design & Animation:
    • Produce high-quality 2D/2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and UI animations that demonstrate feature functionality in a B2B SaaS context.
    • Develop animations that highlight key product features and enhance user understanding of complex financial processes.
  • UI/UX Motion Systems:
    • Develop consistent animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the user experience.
    • Collaborate with product designers to ensure animations support rather than distract from core functionality.
  • Brand Consistency & Evolution:
    • Ensure all animations adhere to brand guidelines while evolving our motion language.
    • Develop a consistent motion style that reinforces our position as a trusted financial technology partner.
  • Technical Implementation & Handoff:
    • Work effectively with product designers and engineers to implement animations in web and mobile applications.
    • Provide Lottie/JSON exports with proper documentation for developer implementation.
  • Asset Optimization & Management:
    • Deliver properly sized and optimized files for various platforms (web, mobile, social, event displays).
    • Maintain an accessible library of motion assets, source files, and templates.
  • Project Management & Iteration:
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders and timelines.
    • Incorporate feedback efficiently and track versions using project management tools.
