Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually impactful motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicates our brand message across digital platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity. You will also be responsible for managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Requirements
  • Motion Graphics & Animation:
    • Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
    • Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.
    • Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking, and compositing to enhance motion content.
  • Video Editing:
    • Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
    • Maintain a keen eye for pacing, timing, and rhythm to deliver engaging visual narratives.
    • Ensure smooth integration of sound, graphics, text, and motion elements for a cohesive output.
    • Utilize effective transitions and visual effects to elevate the overall video experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar senior creative role.
  • A compelling portfolio/showreel that demonstrates advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Deep understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
