A Key Role in Revenue Growth

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will play an important part in helping the company's revenue organization grow through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify actionable opportunities for revenue growth and team productivity through data analysis
  • Communicate key metrics and insights to various partners and stakeholders clearly and effectively
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Support the business leadership with data analysis for strategic tracks including the preparation of daily status updates and weekly decks for use in leadership meetings
  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, align the business on KPI and report usage to ensure global consistency
  • Work with the business organization, MIS and BI to align on needs across Outbrain's platforms

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in AdTech with programmatic knowledge
  • Great presentation skills and creating relationships with a diverse set of senior stakeholders
  • A proactive 'get things done' mindset
  • Excellent team player, and strong attention to details
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Tableau or comparable systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
