The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the primary executive leader, overseeing the hospital's overall administration, strategic direction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for hospital growth, sustainability, and excellence.
- Define and monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and performance outcomes.
- Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate financial health, operational efficiency, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Operations & Compliance
- Lead daily operations to ensure high service delivery standards.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory guidelines, and accreditation norms.
- People & Culture
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong leadership team and workforce.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- Patient Care & Safety
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvements in clinical quality and hospital services.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the hospital with external stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare networks.
- Strengthen partnerships with community organizations to enhance trust and visibility.
- Risk & Quality Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Implement effective quality assurance programs and governance frameworks.
- Innovation & Transformation
- Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
- Lead initiatives in hospital expansion, modernization, and service diversification.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: MBBS/MD or MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management/CEO role.
- Proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
