Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

A key role in leading a 150-bed Multi & Super-specialty healthcare facility to deliver high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and long-term growth while fostering innovation, staff development, and community trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies for hospital growth, sustainability, and excellence. This includes defining and monitoring organizational goals, KPIs, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute hospital growth strategies, define organizational goals, and monitor KPIs.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Operations & Compliance: Lead daily operations, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive continuous improvements in clinical quality and hospital services.
• People & Culture: Build, mentor, and lead a strong leadership team and workforce, foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and employee engagement.
• Patient Care & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction, drive continuous improvements in clinical quality and hospital services.
• Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization with external stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare networks, strengthen partnerships with community organizations to enhance trust and visibility.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks, implement effective quality assurance programs and governance frameworks.
• Innovation & Transformation: Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices in healthcare delivery, lead initiatives in hospital expansion, modernization, and service diversification.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBBS/MD, MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management/CEO role.
• Proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
