Job Opportunity: Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Manager to join our team. As a key link between clients and research teams, you will take ownership of projects end-to-end, understanding client needs, designing research, ensuring smooth execution, analyzing data, and delivering impactful insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field, along with 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with clients to understand their business questions and turning them into actionable research plans.
  • Drafting proposals and leading projects from start to finish.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior researchers, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Reviewing and validating questionnaires and survey designs to ensure everything is spot on.
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets, stepping in quickly if challenges arise.
  • Uncovering insights and crafting clear, compelling stories for clients through data analysis.
  • Delivering reports and presentations that inform and inspire decisions.
