At the forefront of innovative data solutions, we are seeking an accomplished Data Engineer to spearhead our Data Warehouse initiatives.

This pivotal role involves designing and delivering high-quality features, ensuring seamless task completion, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

With 8+ years of software development experience and a strong foundation in data structures/algorithms, particularly in backend and data engineering, you will be instrumental in shaping our cloud-native data-intensive applications.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Python, JVM, and Shell Scripting, with production-level expertise. Additionally, they should have:

  • 5 years of experience building cloud-native data-intensive applications on Amazon Web Services, with a solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in designing and developing modern data warehouses using Databricks and dbt, as well as architecting workflow management systems using Airflow.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Spark applications and fundamental knowledge of Parquet, Delta Lake, and other OTFs file formats.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with observability systems like Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, and CI/CD processes with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
  • Strong unit testing and test automation framework skills.
