Account Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them perform at their best.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance and meet campaign objectives.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for clients, discussing campaign objectives, performance metrics, and strategic changes. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
